Super Fast Easy Scones

A few weeks ago, I got a craving for scones at tea time on a drizzly Sunday. I had no butter in the fridge and substituted it with (what I thought was a secret ingredient) mayonnaise. The scones turned out amazingly well… Light, fluffy, perfect scones. I thought I was on to a winner, that I had actually created something NEW and exciting. ¬†I googled it. ¬†Turns out mayonnaise scones have been around AGES and I am not a cooking genius…
